This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with this beautiful family! I'm so honored, and humbled, that they travel so far (at SUNRISE nonetheless) to work with me. This beautiful, colorful morning they traveled all the way from Mount Dora to come to St. Augustine Beach at sunrise and have their family portrait session. I am SO grateful to have wonderful clients like this, and find it a testament to my client experience that people will travel to work with me! It's such an honor.

The sunrise on this late summer morning was special in that we had clouds for longer than usual, so we were able to sneak in a surfboard shot, pictured below, before we got into the family group photos. The beach is the perfect place for some minimal props like a simple white surfboard, and I loved Mom's request for it this time around because she wanted to recreate the same shot we did awhile back! Another favorite of this session was Mom's dress from Free People. Free People is the perfect clothing to wear for a family beach photo session. Barefeet and minimal, neutral colors will lend to a timeless look you can keep on your walls year round.

On her questionnaire, Mom wrote that if we got ONE image of all of us together she would consider the rest of their photo session a bonus. As a Mama myself, I totally get that!
