This was a very special family newborn photo session. I've had the pleasure now of photographing all of this family's children, including the arrival of their twin newborn girls!

For this portrait session, we decided to make it more personal and document the arrival of the newborn girls on location in the family's south Florida home. I really enjoy documenting lifestyle photography because you're able to document not only the nursery, but also the dynamic of the family in their personal space. It adds a more natural and relaxed feel to the photo session.

One of my favorite things about this portrait session was the beautiful nursery! Mom is an interior designer, and dad is quite handy himself! All of the woodwork in the nursery was handmade by Dad! Just beautiful. And I loved the custom letters above each girl's crib, and the pink was just the right color.

Big brother never fails to entertain. From explaining in detail to me how he'll always protect his sisters, to doing impressions throughout the day, he kept us all entertained, and on our toes!
