I've been photographing this family since before their youngest was a newborn, and they continue to bring so much joy and laughter to our sessions! We documented their maternity portrait session on location at the beach, but for the baby photo session we wanted to keep it natural and indoors, focusing on that intimate setting that can only organically come about in a family's home.

Being first year milestone baby plan members, which includes the newborn and maternity sessions, along with the sitting up baby and the one year walking sessions, we've had the opportunity to slowly get to know each other, both in front of and behind the camera. 

The baby session is my favorite of the four portrait sessions included in the baby plan. I love this milestone because it is so often overlooked! It's the true "baby phase", where baby is not yet quite walking, but has loads of personality and isn't afraid to show it!
