Anyone else looking for fun photo session inspiration with babies, these days? I think that, during this time, it's important to keep things as business-as-usual as possible, and maybe even a little extra special for children! My daughter is blissfully unaware of the history being played out all around us. Your kids may have a lot of questions or be feeling stressed, too, with mom and dad in charge of their learning! Being home all the time, unable to visit family and friends, isn't always sunshine and rainbows. So great little sessions like this mother-and-baby outdoor session in Ponte Vedra, Florida, can serve as a little bit of break time for you. Scroll down to see how I created this sweet little session for a longtime member client! I've been photographing milestones for the boys in this family since the birth of their first son.
A little session trick for fellow professional photographers: mom borrowed a dress from my studio closet. This adds a sweet, convenient touch to sessions, for clients, and helps them always know that they'll have the perfect thing to wear. Sprinkle some spring florals into your own client closet for more delicate options! You can even create a closet for kids. Then make sure your clients know they can borrow from your studio wardrobe if they need to. This option is such a perk for my clients.
